Privacy
This page is about the website only. It is short because the website does very little.
The server keeps a standard web access log. For each request it records the date and time, the address requested, the response code, how long it took, how many bytes were sent, the IP address the request came from, and the standard headers your browser sends with the request, which include the referring address and the browser's user-agent string.
Some headers are thrown away before anything is written to disk: the languages your browser asks for, its Do Not Track setting, and the client-hint headers that describe your device. Your cookies and any authorisation header are removed by the web server itself.
That is how we count how many people opened the page and how far they read. There is no other purpose.
If you join the waitlist we keep the email address you type and, if you give one, your practice name, with the date and time. They are stored in a file on our own server. We use them to tell you when a place opens and for nothing else. We do not share them, sell them or load them into another service. They are kept until you ask us to delete them. Please do not put patient information in either box.
Ninety days. Access logs roll over on the server and the oldest are deleted. We do not copy them into a database, a dashboard or any other tool. The waitlist file above is separate and is not rolled over.
The site runs on a server in Australia. Nothing on this website sends your visit to an overseas service.
An email you send to hello@lenora.com.au reaches an ordinary business mailbox and is kept like any other business correspondence. Please do not send patient information to it.
To ask what is held about you, or to have it deleted, write to hello@lenora.com.au. An IP address alone is usually not enough for us to find a particular visit, so tell us roughly when you visited.
Note
If you go on to use the Lenora product, how practice and patient information is handled is set out in the service agreement, not here. This page covers the public website and nothing else.
