Thirty minutes
A conversation about one area, on your rules.
Thirty minutes working out whether one part of your back
office is a candidate for this, and saying so either way.
What we do in it
- You pick one of the four areas, and Lenora takes the three jobs in it.
Money: invoicing, supplier bills, pay runs.
Patients: patient recalls, treatment-plan follow-up,
reporting.
Team: rosters, HR and onboarding, training.
Operations: ordering, compliance, daily checks.
- You describe how that one thing runs in your practice today. Who
touches it, what they open, where it stalls.
- We work out the line. The point past which nothing happens without a
person saying so. That line is yours to draw and it is written down.
- We say what would have to be true for it to work on your records, and
what we would need to see first.
What it is not
- Nothing is connected to your practice for the call. No
access, no credentials, no export, no login.
- It is not a sales pitch with slides. Thirty minutes on your back
office, not on ours.
- It is not a quote. Nobody can tell you how much time this frees without
seeing your practice, your rules and the state of your records.
What it costs
The call costs nothing and ends with no obligation.
If you go ahead afterwards: $1,000 a month for one area, $2,000 a month
for all four. Plus GST, per practice. Thirty days notice. Your practice's data
leaves with you.
Who should be on it
Whoever actually owns the decision, and ideally whoever does the work. The
owner knows what it costs. The practice manager knows where it stalls. Thirty
minutes with both is worth more than two calls with one each.
